If there is an issue with your item, please contact us in the first instance.
We offer a full refund on all of our products unless otherwise stated. Refunds must be requested no later than 14 days after payment.
If the item has been customised, we are unable to offer a full refund.
Care Advice
All of our products are designed for indoor use, unless specifically stated.
Ongoing Care. Our products are oiled with a natural oil. We recommend looking after these products with a light sand and oil, if the products are exposed to large amounts of water.
